Am I Eligible For the Teacher Industry Discount?
To qualify we require the following:
- Minimum of 200+ hours certification
- Name of Studio or Business where teaching or your website/Instagram handle where you announce your classes.

Reward Program - Affiliate
What Is The Reward Program?
The Reward Program is our way to give back to express gratitude to teachers and studios who appreciate and endorse Manduka products. We are happy to announce that starting from 1st of June 2023, as a teacher, you will be granted a personalized discount code exclusively for you. This code will enable your students to enjoy a 15% discount on their purchases made on eu.manduka.com. In return you as a teacher will receive 10% commission on every purchase made with your code. It's our way of acknowledging the vital role you play and rewarding your support.
How Do I Apply For The Teacher Reward Program?
To join the Reward Program, we request the following information:
- A copy of your YTT certificate
- A link to your yoga class schedule

When Will I Receive My Commission?
The commission for purchases made with your discount are paid out within the first 10 business days of every month. You will receive a notification in your PayPal account that you have an incoming payment which you need to accept. Please note, depending on weekend and bank holiday, you might receive your payment with a few days delay.
I Think An Order Is Missing From My Commission, What Should I Do?
You can log into your account and see all the orders which have been placed with your code here.
The cut-off for the payment is the last day of each month, which will be paid out in the first week of the following month. If you still believe an order is missing from the commission, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form.

What Can The Studio Discount Be Used For?
The Studio Discount is intended for independent studios/retreats/hotels looking to purchase products which their students/participants can use. The Studio Discount is not intended for personal use, retail or wholesale accounts.

Why Do You Recommend The PRO Series Yoga Mats As Studio Equipment?
We recommend the PRO Series for studio use because of their durability and ease to clean when multiple people use the yoga mat. Our PRO series have a closed-cell surface so they do not absorb moisture or bacteria, this feature allows the yoga mat to be kept highly hygienic over time and last much longer than yoga mats that do absorb sweat or moisture. The PRO Series is focused on stability/density and durability of the product and is made of PVC, it is free from latex and it is also OEKO-TEX certified.
The difference between the PRO and PROlite is the thickness and width. The PRO Yoga Mats are thicker and wider than the PROlite, so the PROlite is less heavy to carry. The PROlite is 4.7mm thick and weighs 1.9 kg while the PRO is 6mm and weighs 3.4 kg.
Do You Offer Co-Branding For Studio Equipment Yoga Mats, can I include my logo on the yoga mat?
Yes, we offer co-branding services on PRO Series yoga mats bought as studio gear. Please Contact Us for more details and arrangements.

What Is The Business Health Incentive Discount?
Manduka offers a discount for businesses looking to reward their staff with yoga gifts or equipment to support their office studio or practice.

Manduka Europe Wholesale Program
Can I Apply For A Wholesale Account Without A VAT Number?
To qualify for a wholesale account you must have a valid VAT-number if your business is within the EU. A wholesale account is only approved for retailing purposes. If you are looking to purchase studio gear, we recommend our Studio Discount.
I Have A Yoga Studio And I Am Only Looking For Studio Equipment, What Are My Options?
The Manduka Wholesale Program is designed for yoga studios (and resellers) that are looking to order product for resale and studio equipment. If you are only looking to order for studio equipment please see the Studio Discount or Contact Us for further information.

Is There A Minimum Order Quantity on the Wholesale Program?
There is an MOQ of €500 on the first order and an annual order minimum of €1.500.
Does Manduka Offer Free Shipping to Wholesalers?
Effective March 1st, 2023, we have made an adjustment to our shipping policy for wholesale customers. We will no longer offer free shipping, instead, we will provide subsidized shipping rates based on the weight and destination of your order. The applicable shipping rate will be automatically included in your order total during the checkout process.

How Do I Apply For A Manduka Wholesale Account?

Does Manduka Accept Returns Or Exchanges?
As a business customer, purchases do not benefit from the same statutory protection available to consumers under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and other related consumer legislation. By default returns and exchanges are not possible.
Manduka does not accept returns on wholesale orders, unless the product is defective. If you receive an item in such condition please reach out to our team by email at europe@manduka.com for assistance.
How Long Will It Take To Ship And Receive My Wholesale Order?
Our warehouse can process orders within 24-72 business hours and ship via DPD unless mentioned otherwise. You’ll receive the tracking information via email once the order ships. For detailed shipping information per country, please visit the Wholesale Shipping page.
Is It Possible To Order Via Invoice?
We currently only offer pre-pay terms. You will receive an invoice after the order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
My Company Does Not Have A Business Credit Card, Will I Still Be Able To Place A Wholesale Order?
Yes - We offer the ability to order via PayPal as well. You can link your (business) debit card directly to a PayPal account.
We can also set up your account so you can pay via bank transfer. Please reach out to europe@manduka.com and we can assist you with your wholesale account
Will It Be Possible To Send My Customers Order Directly To Their Home Address?
No - Manduka does not allow drop-shipping or cross-docking. Business customers are required to hold and retail from own inventory. The wholesale program is not intended for business customers to resell product from Manduka's inventory directly.
I Am Already A Wholesale Customer, Where Do I Log In?
If you have already activated your online wholesale account you can log in here. Please type in the account email address and your chosen password to gain access!

Do You Order Product Customization?
We can offer to co-brand the PRO or PROlite Yoga Mat to an additional cost for your studio equipment purposes. We do not sell our products without the Manduka logo. We do not offer to co-brand our yoga mats for retail purposes.

Is There An Order Minimum Per Year?
We require wholesale accounts to place an order, at minimum, ever six months. Wholesale accounts that are inactive or have an invalid VAT number for over 6 months will be deactivated.
We kindly request that wholesale accounts reach an annual order minimum of 1500,- EUR.
