Do You Have Any Running Discounts On Your Website?

At Manduka we strive to limit our environmental impact and therefore offer our PRO series mats that have slight imperfections from manufacturing at a discounted price to save it from ending in a landfill. The Almost Perfect mats have slight cosmetic imperfections, but have a lot of life left to live! Differences may include length, thickness, color or may have surface imperfections, but still 100% PRO performance.
How Do I Use A Discount Code?
To redeem a discount code:
- When you are ready to check out, click the shopping bag at the top right of your screen and then View Cart.
- In the payment step of the checkout, below your cart on the right-hand side, there is a Discount Code box.
- Hit Apply and look for the discount to apply in your total on the right-hand side of the screen, before continuing.
Please note that the majority of our promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. It is always great to check the terms and conditions for specific rules and order eligibility.
Can I Apply A Discount Code To A Past Purchase?
We are unable to apply discount codes to past purchases. If a discount code was not been applied at check out, we do not offer to refund the value of the discount code.
If a product has been purchased to full price and is later offered to a discounted price, we do not offer to refund the price difference or to retroactively apply the offer.
Why Is My Discount Code Invalid?
If you receive a message saying that your coupon code is invalid, it could be due to any of the following reasons:
- The discount code was misspelled.
- The promotion has expired.
- The promotion cannot be used with the items you want to purchase.
- Promotional items may be missing from your cart.
- The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
- The discount code is not from Manduka EU.
The majority of our promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. It is always great to check the terms and conditions for specific rules and order eligibility.
Do I Still Qualify For Free Shipping When I Use A Discount Code?
Free Shipping is applied to orders above €125. When a coupon code is applied, and the total cost is equal or below €125 then Free Shipping is not applied. For orders equal or below €125 the shipping fee is €4.99*
*€4.99 and the free shipping over €125 does not apply to island or a non-EU export destination such as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Channel Islands and any territory outside EU customs zone. We may request additional shipping charges for delivery to addresses outside EU and/or classified as remote or islands by our parcel service providers, in those cases we will contact you before sending the order.
Can I Use The Manduka Discount Code My Teacher Gave Me On A Promotion?
Yes. The discount can be applied on top of items which are already on sale. However, several promotional offers/ discounts cannot be combined in the same purchase.
Can I Combine Different Offers & Discounts?
No. You are unable to stack discounts. Most promotions and/or discount codes can only be applied once per order. If a customer wants to benefit from different offers or campaigns, individual orders for each offer/campaign needs to be placed.
I Received A Promotional Item With My Purchase - Can I Keep It And Return The Rest Of My Order?
If a product is given for free together with another product (Buy X and receive Y free of charge), both items needs to be returned to receive a full refund. If only the product which was paid for is returned, the value of the promotional product will be reduced from the refund. If only the promotional product is returned, no refund will be issued for the product since it was free of charge.
