Partners in Practice: Wellness Spaces Leading with Environmental Responsibility

At Manduka, we believe that yoga is not just something we do on the mat—it's a way of being in the world. That’s why we’re honored to work alongside studios, retreats, and hospitality partners who are committed to operating with greater care for people and the planet.

Through conscious design, local sourcing, and long-term ecological thinking, these partners are finding meaningful ways to reduce environmental impact across their spaces, supply chains, and communities. Their efforts reflect a growing shift in the wellness world: one where intention, design, and responsibility go hand in hand.

CAMP

Tampa, FL and Los Angeles, CA

CAMP Yoga and Fitness StudioAt CAMP, sustainability is approached with curiosity, humility, and intention. Their bi-coastal locations reflect this mindset with human-powered equipment, radiant heating, and flooring made from renewable cork, recycled rubber, and reclaimed concrete. They’ve phased out single-use plastics and paper towels, and source local materials for everything from soap to signage. Retail partners are carefully vetted for responsible practices. Small, consistent actions like organizing beach cleanups, planting trees (shoutout to Ramon the lemon tree), and installing water refill stations show CAMP’s commitment to evolving how business gets done, with care for both people and planet.
