Come and try this 35-minute Vinyasa practice with Anna from The Swan Effect. This is a great flow to begin with if you are new to yoga or if you would like to slow your mind, gently stretch, strengthen and reset.
We come back to the breath during this practice, using it as our anchor on and off the mat. Enjoy flowing through detoxifying twists, warrior II, peaceful warrior and other poses to strengthen our core and calm our nervous system.
You won’t need any props for this class and you may like to have a blanket close by to stay cozy in savasana at the end.
